Dear all,

The EDGE Institute will be awarding the *Geographer's Scholarship for
Global Change Science and Sustainability* at this year's EDGE spring
symposium on Friday, May 22nd.

Funded by UCR Geography alumni, this scholarship supports UCR students
pursuing studies leading to an improvement in our understanding of global
change processes and/or translating that understanding into recommendations
that shape public policy. If your research addresses sustainability,
environmental impacts, climate change or global change, this application is
for you!

This year we will be awarding an undergraduate scholarship for eligible
juniors/seniors of up to $2,500 and a graduate scholarship for eligible
first or second year students of up to $5,000.
