Tebot Bach features The Five Penny Poets on Friday, December 9th and
Shin Yu Pai on December 16th.
 



Both  Readings begin at 8:00 PM, Friday August 26th.  Open reading sign
ups will begin at 7:30 PM. We are located at: Golden West College
Community Room 102, Huntington Beach, CA (Entrance closest to Room 102

The Five Penny Poets, Mifanwy Kaiser, Daniel McGinn, Aaron Roberts, Paul
Suntup, and Steve Ramirez are the hosts of the monthly Tebot Bach
Reading Series. This will be our first reading together as a group since
2001.  





 





Shin Yu Pai - Art and Poetry





Author of Equivalence, Ten Thousand Miles of Mountains and
Rivers,Unnecessary Roughness, Nutritional Feed and Works on Paper. 
A graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Shin Yu has
completed residencies at The MacDowell Colony, The Provincetown Fine
Arts Work Center, and The Ragdale Foundation and has been the recipient
of grants from The Puffin Foundation, The Cambridge Arts Council and
Massachusetts Cultural Council, and the Union League Civic and Arts
Foundation of Chicago. She is an Artist in Residence at the University
of Texas at Dallas and teaches at Southern Methodist University.

(c) (3) organization. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest
extent allowed by law. This series is funded in part by a grant from
Poets & Writers, Inc., through a grant it has received from The James
Irvine Foundation. 
 



The Tebot Bach Mission



 
The mission of Tebot Bach is to strengthen community, to promote
literacy, to broaden the audience for poetry by community outreach
programs and publishing, and to demonstrate the power of poetry to
transform life experiences through readings, workshops, and
publications.
