Dear College Advisory Colleagues,

Attached is the workaround for the “Service Invocation Failed” error that is sometimes encountered in Banner App Navigator if you haven’t used it within a certain amount of time. This is a good workaround, but obviously not the ideal solution.

You’re welcome to distribute this to other users.
