[CITL] Notice: Upcoming IAM Maintenance Affecting MyAccount

[UCR Information Technology Solutions]

Dear CITL Members, 

 

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to the UCR Identity & Access
Management system, taking place from 10:00 PM - 11:59 PM on Tuesday, January
19, 2021.   

 

During the maintenance window campus users will be unable to access the
following MyAccount functions: 

.         "Forgot Password" - Users will be unable to reset their password 

.         "Change Password" - Users will be unable to change their password 

.         "Setup My Account" - New users will be able unable to set up their
accounts  

.         "Password Reset" - Users will be unable to reset their password
via the password reset link

.         "Set Temporary Password" - Administrative users will be unable to
set temporary passwords on accounts 

No other services are anticipated to experience disruption during the
maintenance window.  

 

This planned maintenance is required to keep core infrastructure up to date.
The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal
potential impact to campus operations and events.
