[CITL] Notice of Upcoming Maintenance to CallXpress Voicemail System

[UCR Information Technology Solutions]

Dear CITL Members, 

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to the campus CallXpress Voicemail
system, taking place from 10:00 PM on Thursday, December 10, to 3:00 AM on
Friday, December 11, 2020.   

During the maintenance window CallXpress Voicemail services will be
unavailable and callers will receive an automated recording stating that the
system is currently unavailable and requesting they try again at a later
time. Please note that users should not experience any changes in usage,
including access to stored voicemails, outside of the maintenance window. 

This planned maintenance is required to update the system to a supported
version. The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal
potential impact to campus operations and events.
