Dear Graduate Directors, Advisors, and Coordinators,

Happy Monday!

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit *Winter/Spring 2026
nominations* for the *Dissertation Completion Fellowship Award (DCFA)* is *this
Friday, October 17, 2025*.

To review your students’ DCFA application, please ensure they are routed to
the *Program-Nominated DCFA* bin in Slate Reader.

I’ve also received a few questions about how to view your program’s
applications. To do so:

   1.

   Click on the three yellow lines with a dot on each line located on the
   far right.
   2.

   Select your program (example PHYS, ANTH, etc.).
   3.

   Once selected, you’ll be able to view your program’s applications.
