Good morning to all the wonderful CHASS teams. I hope everyone is having a
great summer. As hot as it is, it's hard to believe it's TA/GSR prep time
again. Fall is just around the corner!  Please see below for the deadline
dates and instructions.


This is to announce that *all ASE (TA/GSR) assignments for the Fall Quarter
must be submitted no later than Monday, September 9*.

Beginning *Tuesday, September 10*, *any changes, declines, etc.* *submitted
after the due date will require:*

   1.

   Submission of a Snapshot Request
   2.

   Signed Letter of Acceptance attached to the request if possible

We can also pull the letter from Grad Student Online, but please note:
**Requests will not be fulfilled directly from TA Online without a Snapshot
request if it is after the deadline**.

Please also remember to submit any *SWB for existing summer appointments
that are ending* via a Snapshot Request by this due date as well. We do
accept SWB submissions by mass request with an attached spreadsheet.

Your timely submissions are critical to ensuring accurate and on-time
processing for the Fall Quarter. Please note anything submitted after the
deadline cannot be guaranteed it will be active by 10/1/25. Although we do
our best, processing does take time to complete and we process those
received by deadline first.
