<li>
<p>Submission of a Snapshot Request</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Signed Letter of Acceptance attached to the request if possible</p>
</li>
</ol><p>We can also pull the letter from Grad Student Online, but please note: **Requests will not be fulfilled directly from TA Online without a Snapshot request if it is after the deadline**. </p><p>Please also remember to submit any <strong>SWB for existing summer appointments that are ending</strong> via a Snapshot Request by this due date as well. We do accept SWB submissions by mass request with an attached spreadsheet.</p><p>Your timely submissions are critical to ensuring accurate and on-time processing for the Fall Quarter. Please note anything submitted after the deadline cannot be guaranteed it will be active by 10/1/25. Although we do our best, processing does take time to complete and we process those received by deadline first. </p><p>Thank you for your cooperation. Of course, please reach out should you have any questions or issues.  </p><p>
