[CaTEACH-SMI] Let SMI pay for your CBEST and CSET Exams

Let SMI Reward YOU for taking the CBEST Exam and/or CSET Exam.

In response to SMI students' concerns about fees for required 
credential examinations, new policies and procedures have been 
established to reimburse CBEST and CSET exam fees.

To receive the financial benefits of this program, please follow the 
requirements stated below:
1. Complete and submit W-9 Form (http://smi.ucr.edu/pdf/w09form.pdf) 
to SMI Resource Center.
2. Submit your CBEST/CSET test results to the SMI Resource Center. 
(Passage of the exam is not required to become eligible for reimbursement.)

3. Sign UCR Expense Report once you've been contacted by SMI personnel.

Only STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) majors 
are eligible for this exam incentive program.
SMI will accept CBEST and CSET tests taken as far back as February 2006.
