In response to SMI students' concerns about fees for required credential
examinations, new policies and procedures have been established to
reimburse CBEST and CSET exam fees. <br><br>
To receive the financial benefits of this program, please follow the
requirements stated below:
<ul>
1. Complete and submit W-9 Form
(<a href="http://smi.ucr.edu/pdf/w09form.pdf" eudora="autourl">
http://smi.ucr.edu/pdf/w09form.pdf</a>) to SMI Resource Center. <br>
2. Submit your CBEST/CSET test results to the SMI Resource Center.
(Passage of the exam is not required to become eligible for
reimbursement.)<br><br>
3. Sign UCR Expense Report once you've been contacted by SMI personnel.
<br><br>
</ul><div align="center"><font color="#FF0000">Only STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) majors are eligible for this
exam incentive program. <br>
SMI will accept CBEST and CSET tests taken as far back as February
2006.<br><br>
