Dear CNAS TAs,

I’m reaching out to ask if you could *share the Inspire Science Symposium
flyer* with your *first- and second-year CNAS undergraduate students* (not
limited to Biochemistry).

The Inspire Science Symposium is hosted by BcMBGSA and is designed to:

   -
   -

     Introduce first- and second-year undergraduates to research and
   encouraging science as a career path.
   -

    Help students understand how to join a research lab, with guidance and
   lab matching during the April follow-up workshop
   - Connect students with graduate students, faculty, and advisors across
   departments for mentorship and guidance.

The event includes short graduate student talks, posters, and roundtable
Q&A sessions focused on *finding research opportunities*. A follow-up
workshop in April will help selected students *connect with labs across
CNAS.*

If you have any way to reach your undergraduates (Canvas, email,
announcements, slides), we’d really appreciate you sharing the flyer. CNAS
undergraduate advisors also are helping with this, but I thought TAs may
help us as well.
