[Bgsa] EEOBGSA election results

Hi Folks,

I think I may have set up the election in such a way that only I can
access the results, because I have heard from one person that they
cannot see the link to the results.  Apologies about this.  I am
inquiring to see if it is possible to make them visible to everyone.
