[Allgsacstudents] Room Close to Campus Available to Rent

Hello all!

We are looking for a roommate to move in this September. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to campus, and a 10-minute walk to the Ralphs grocery store. The room available is the large master suite which has its own private bathroom and a small attached outdoor space. Rent is approximately $1000 a month plus $70 - $100 in utilities. The common space is furnished, and the house has a fenced backyard, a side yard with a small garden, AC/heating, a driveway, a garage for storage, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer.

The current household is two female entomology graduate students. We are relatively quiet but do host small gatherings. We are seeking a graduate student roommate that doesn’t mind a large dog and bearded dragon and is queer/LGBTQ+ friendly.
