Hello everyone!

I am an international Ph.D. student in the microbiology program, and I will be arriving in Riverside in mid September. Currently, I am looking for a furnished place to stay, preferably with my own bed and bath, and within walking distance from campus. My budget is $850 - $1,100 per month, including utilities.

I enjoy socializing, exploring the city, spending time outdoors, watching shows, and cooking. As a roommate, I am respectful, considerate, and value others' privacy and personal space. I am also clean and tidy, and I will make sure to contribute my part in keeping the shared living space organized and well-maintained.

If you know of any available options or have any recommendations, please let me know. I'd be very happy to hear from you and greatly appreciate any help!
