Hi all,



Please circulate to other interested graduate students.



A bedroom (and shared bath) is now open for $780 a month (not including utilities:  $100).  The house is located on West Blaine St. and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood near campus (about a 20-25 minute walk).  The house is fully furnished in the common areas and has its own laundry in the garage.



The current housemates include three female graduate students. We are looking for a UCR graduate student to fill the room as soon as August 1st, with lease signing on July  1.
