Hello,

My name is Carl Mendoza and I am a 4th year PhD candidate in the Microbiology program. I am looking to move into a spare bedroom with 1-3 other grad students before June 30 or as soon as possible. My budget is up to $900 per month including utilities but ideally less than $800. I am open to commuting by car but prefer a place that is within a 15 min bike ride from campus.
