Hello,

I am a CMDB PhD alumni looking to rent rooms in my property. The master is
being rented by a friend who just moved here from Germany, so he is looking
to rent out 1 or 2 of the other rooms. He is 29 years old, very sociable
and very active in outdoor activities. Move in date can be as soon as
necessary.


About the house:

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms.

The common areas are furnished but neither of the rooms are. The two
available rooms share one bathroom, but there is another half bathroom
downstairs.

One parking space in the garage is available, and there is room for 4 cars
in the driveway.

House is about one mile from UC Riverside, located in the Canyon Crest
neighborhood. Walkable to Canyon Crest Towne Center.

Laundry on site.

No pets, No Smoking.



Option 1:

$800 per room + utilities, $1000 Deposit



Option 2:

$1500 for both rooms + utilities, $1500 Deposit
