[Academicadvisors] Call for Subcommittee Volunteers - UCR 2027 Spring UC Academic Advising Conference

Dear Advisors,

We are reaching out to you—our dedicated advising community—to invite you
to play a critical role in shaping the UCR 2027 Spring UC Academic Advising
Conference by joining a Conference Planning Subcommittee. *We are still
looking for additional volunteers *to share their expertise, enthusiasm,
and perspective, which are essential to ensuring this is a successful and
impactful conference for our UCR colleagues.

Below is a brief summary of those subcommittees.

1.    *Logistics/Hospitality:* Handling venue setup, catering, travel
accommodations, and overall guest experience.

2.    *Programming/Entertainment:* Developing the content (sessions,
workshops, keynotes) and planning evening events or social activities.

3.    *Marketing/Website:* Designing the conference branding, managing the
website, and handling communications and social media outreach.

4.    *Registration:* Overseeing the registration process, managing
attendee data, and handling on-site check-in.
