Dear Wellness Program Participants:
     I am excited to invite you to join us for a rejuvenating Walk and Talk event with Associate Vice Chancellor Alex Najera!  This event is a great opportunity to step away from your daily routine, enjoy some fresh air, and engage in meaningful conversations with your colleagues and peers. During the walk, participants are encouraged to ask questions, share insights, or provide feedback to Alex and explore the campus and its beautiful surroundings, providing a perfect backdrop for stimulating discussions.

Time: 12:15pm
Meeting Point: Scotty the Bear Statue
Duration: 30 minutes

The event is open to all Faculty, Staff, Students, Emeriti, and Retirees. Those who attend the event will be entered into a raffle! Attached is the flyer for reference. Please share the event with your colleagues and friends. Thank you.
