Dear Wellness Program Participants:
     Are you ready for a refreshing break during your workday to invigorate your mind and body? Please join Steven Mandeville-Gamble as he leads the group on a walk through the 2nd floor track in the Student Recreation Center.

Event Details
Date: Wednesday, August 23rd
Time: 12:15pm to 12:45pm
Location: Student Recreation Center
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

No registration required, show up in comfortable walking shoes and enjoy the walk with fellow Faculty and Staff members in climate-controlled environment.
