Re:         Guided Chair Yoga Featuring the Associate of the Chancellor, Diane Del Buono
The UCR Emeriti & Retirees Associations invites you to participate in the online session titled - Guided Chair Yoga Featuring the Associate of the Chancellor, Diane Del Buono. This online session will take place on Thursday, April 22, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. While this event is being hosted by the UCR Retirement Center, all UCR staff and faculty are welcome to attend.
We are delighted to have Diane Del Buono, fellow retiree and Associate of the Chancellor, lead a virtual session using Zoom through gentle yoga poses while sitting in your chair in the convenience of your home. The purpose of this session is to have your chair be an extension of your body allowing you to take full advantage of the yoga health benefits. We encourage relaxing attire and elbow space surrounding the position of your chair.
