Re: Healthy Holiday Challenge


The Healthy Holiday Challenge encourages faculty and staff to incorporate healthy eating, increased physical activity and stress management into their daily life during the holiday season from November 16, 2020 to January 8, 2021. Participate and receive weekly holiday health tips, have the opportunity to participate in the optional weigh in/weigh out component, and gain no more than 3 pounds to earn a chance to win prizes!

Challenge Details


  *   Weekly emails with tools and resources to create and sustain healthy habits through the holidays
  *   Optional weigh in and weigh out challenge for participants to be entered into the grand prize raffle

Get Started:


  1.  Register and optional self-report visit the Healthy Holiday Challenge registration webpage<https://ucriverside.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6oopLNMqjCpPlUp>.
  2.  Choose to receive the weekly holiday health tips and/or participate in self-reporting weight in and out challenge.
  3.  Receive an incentive from our partnering healthcare providers that will be distributed when we safely return to campus.
