[Vcsa-announcements] Thin Client Service Outage Today at 5:30 PM

VCSA Technology Services will be installing a hardware device as one of the remedies for our recent terminal server issues that have affected Thin Client users.

All Thin Client servers will be offline starting at 5:30 pm today (Friday, September 19th) and will remain offline for about two hours while the hardware is installed. This will only affect the Thin Client users and appliances (WYSE and Neoware); managed desktop users, SharePoint, and web applications will not be affected by this outage. If you utilize a Thin Client please save your work and log off of the system prior to 5:30 pm today.
