[Vcsa-announcements] No AC in Costo Hall

Dear All,

Since yesterday Costo Hall has been without AC. We have spoken to 
Physical Plant and they are still working on the broken chilled water 
line.  They anticipate that the work will be completed sometime 
between 12 and 3 this afternoon.  At that point they will begin 
running the chilled water, but it will not cool the building 
today.  They plan to run the air very cold tonight to cool the 
building for tomorrow.  Due to this problem, our staff  has been 
relocating to various other facilities on campus and some will be 
working from home.
