UCPath did not recently implement changes impacting all locations.



Other Updates & Reminders:

  *   In preparation for the July release:
     *   The July release go/no-go decision is scheduled for July 2.
     *   The TAM candidate gateway will be unavailable from Saturday, July 13, 2024, 5:00 a.m. to Sunday, July 14, 2024, 6:00 p.m.
     *   UCPath will be unavailable Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 5:00 a.m. through Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. for implementation of the July release. UCPath will not be available to employees and transactors during this time.
  *   UCPath updated the help site<https://spwebserv.ucop.edu/LocationUsers/LOCplayer/data/toc.html> to reflect changes in benefits and workforce administration training material, to include:
     *   An updated By Agreement (BYH) Hours tab example that depicts multiple employee records in the ACA Employer Shared Responsibility Compliance, SMP Ineligibility Report<https://spwebserv.ucop.edu/LocationUsers/LOCplayer/index.html?Guid=ff2b33ce-1f79-4c85-aadd-722c3c416480&bypasstoc=0> job aid

Did You Know? Case submitters can reopen closed inquiries when further attention is required. Here are the functionalities:

  *   The original submitter can reopen their inquiries of any type.
  *   Cases can be reopened three times within one year of the original closure date.
  *   The original case numbers, associated communications, and attachments are retained.
