Added a “Roth contribution feature” to both the 403(b) and 457(b)

Updated the eForms to allow Postdoctoral employees who missed their period of initial eligibility enrollment to use eForms to submit their enrollments/modifications/cancellations

Updated the benefits eForm to include options for medical residents and graduate students to enroll in flexible spending accounts

Added eligible postdoctoral employees to the weekly COBRA files sent to WEX

Created a family member eligibility verification file that captures all newly enrolled dependents

Did you know?  Accrual balance and service credit issues can be submitted to UCPath by different methods.

  *   Open a case for:

     *   Payouts or transactions not posted, including Comp Time payout, Vacation payout or reversals

     *   Missing accruals due to pay frequency changes

     *   Original hire date updates, corrections, or changes

     *   Settlement agreements

  *   Submit an eForm for:

     *   Transfer of balances- moving vacation to a PTO balance (or vice versa) due to an Eligibility Group change

     *   Moving Postdoc Sick to regular Sick due to an Eligibility Group change

     *   Post doc entitlements if the anniversary date was not updated

     *   Prior State Agency service credit processing

     *   Vacation Max Override and PTO Overrides to allow over the max accruals

     *   Medical Resident entitlements if hired after the entitlement date

     *   Added an overview of how to initiate a personal data POI change template transaction to the Initiate Personal Data POI Change Template Transaction (Staff/Acad) simulation
(PHCMEPR200: Employee ePerformance Activities):

     *   Updated navigation, performance document tables, and add items section screenshot to the Employee ePerformance Activities simulation
(PHCMTAM205: Applicant Search and Add ):

     *   Updated new Legal name fields screenshots, part of Lived Name to the Create Applicant and Application Information simulation
