The UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) has become aware of
recent attempts to defraud UC emeriti and retirees by altering direct
deposit information in UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) and/or
initiating transactions on their behalf. Given these recent events, the UCR
Emeriti and Retirees’ Associations and UCR Retirement Center wish to remind
emeriti and retirees to regularly monitor their benefit payments and report
any fraudulent acts to the RASC. While the UC continues to enhance their
security features, it is always a good reminder to stay current on your
account activity.
