Members*




United Healthcare (UHC) began offering the Calm Health app at no cost to UC
Medicare Choice members on January 1, 2026.



Calm Health offers tools to support overall well-being by helping users
manage stress, improve sleep through guided stories, meditation, music, and
calming sounds, build healthy habits by tracking progress, and access
resources that promote a strong mind–body connection.



Members can scan the QR code in the attachment to download the app or visit
uhc.care/calm/retiree
<https://app.calmhealth.com/?access_code=retiree&rdo=true&srcName=-ed> to
get started. After a brief set of questions, the app will recommend
programs and resources tailored to their responses.
