UCRRA Bylaws Amendments for 2026





Dear UCRRA Members,

The Bylaws of the UCR Retirees’ Association were last revised in 2024. This
year, the Board proposes several changes to the Bylaws for expansion of our
board and clarification of roles.  Please find the proposed 2026 amended
changes attachment included with this email.



Per our Bylaws, any proposed changes to the Bylaws need to be sent to the
membership at least fifteen (15) days in advance of voting. We will vote on
these changes at our Spring Luncheon and Business Meeting on May 15th.
Approval of the amended Bylaws requires a two-thirds approval vote of those
members attending the Spring meeting.
