UnitedHealthcare – Chat Feature Added to Microsite

On May 31, 2024, UnitedHealthcare (UHC) announced that they have enhanced their University of California Retiree microsite by adding a chat feature. UC Medicare Choice members can click on the “Chat now” button on any of the microsite pages to communicate with a UHC representative from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This is the same chat feature that has been available on their member portal. The University of California microsite can be viewed at: https://retiree.uhc.com/uc.

Please note that this is an additional option to calling Customer Service at 1-866-887-9533.
