The UCR Retirees' and Emeriti Associations invites you to attend their in-person Holiday Luncheon on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Alumni & Visitors Center at UCR.

This exciting event will feature:

*         UCR's integrative bee research presented by Boris Baer and Barbara Baer-Imhoof

*         a honey tasting for all members interested in trying UCR's locally sourced honey

*         an opportunity for members to bring their unwanted professional clothing items to the luncheon clothing drive to benefit UCR students as they prepare for career interviews and the workforce (see attached flyer for more information on the most needed items)

*         a holiday floral centerpiece raffle with the proceeds going towards the UCR Retirees' Association Undergraduate Student Scholarship

*         a special performance from UCR's Center for Early Childhood Education Kindergarten Academy

Luncheon Schedule
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Social Half Hour
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Presentation

The luncheon will begin with a social half hour starting at 11:30 a.m. followed by the guest speaker presentation which will begin at 12:00 p.m. The UCR Retirees' (UCRRA) and Emeriti (UCREA) Associations will also be sharing association announcements. Lunch will be provided and assorted wines will be served.

The cost of entry is $25 per person for UCRRA and UCREA active dues-paying members and $30 per person for non dues-paying members.

Seating is limited. Please confirm your attendance online or by mailing in your reservation form and payment by Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
