UCRAYS Down for Maintenance Starting December 15, 2023

UCOP has announced that the UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS) website will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance from Friday, December 15, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. until Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. During this time, members will not be able to login and access their UCRAYS accounts.

For this reason, it is highly recommended for members to login before December 15 and make sure addresses and contact information are up to date. In preparation for tax season, members can also request electronic delivery of tax forms through UCRAYS. Tax forms will become available by mail or through UCRAYS in late January. For questions or concerns that are not urgent, please consider contacting the RASC in January 2024.
