Re:         9/23 Reminder: UC Medicare Choice Information Webinars and Teleconferences Details
This message serves as a reminder of the UC Medicare Choice Education Interactive Webinars and Teleconferences offered to the Health Net UC Blue & Gold and UC Medicare Choice plan participants. The next and last session will be this Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. pacific time. Please find the remaining date for the webinar and teleconference below with the log in information included.

Purpose of the UC Medicare Choice webinars and teleconferences
The goal is to educate UC Blue & Gold members aging into Medicare about UC Medicare Choice, how the Medicare Advantage PPO plan works, and to give members an opportunity to ask questions about the plan.

Dates and Log In Information for the webinars and teleconferences
The UC Medicare Choice presentation will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from June through September. Pre-registration is not required and participants have the option to participate online through Webex webinar or by phone through teleconference. Below is the listing of dates, times, and log in details:
