Re:         UnitedHealthcare – Virtual Education Center Launched November 1, 2020
UnitedHealthcare is pleased to announce a new Virtual Education Center (VEC) that offers a convenient and safe way to share information online with UC retirees. Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions on in-person meetings, the VEC can be accessed online all year through the UnitedHealthcare’s website.

The VEC will include virtual booths where retirees can learn about:

·       How the Medicare Advantage plan works

·       The HouseCalls program

·       Virtual/Telehealth Visits and 24/7 NurseLine

·       Health and Wellness

·       Clinical Resources and Support

The 2021 UnitedHealthcare plan materials including the Summary of Benefits and Evidence of Coverage will be posted on the VEC soon.
