Re:         UnitedHealthcare: Error in the UC Medicare Choice Annual Notice of Changes
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) previously sent out the Annual Notice of Changes (ANOC) to all UC Medicare Choice members that included information about changes to their coverage. An error was discovered related to Emergency Ambulance Services. In November 2020, UHC mailed a letter to their members describing and correcting the error.

Annual Notice of Changes - Correction

*       Emergency Ambulance Services do not require prior authorization.
