UCOP has advised there are two new units, RP and SV, that are in the process of collective bargaining.
Participation in the Retirement Choice Program under the “future” contract is not yet known.   At this time
employees represented under RP and SV are permitted to participate in the Retirement Choice Program.

Please review the partial list of participating Collective Bargaining Units and the full list in the attached document.
