UCOP shared that on Wednesday November 19, 2025, the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) phone lines will be closed from 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. so that staff can attend an all-team meeting.  Representatives will be answering calls at 12:30 p.m. through 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time).

Normal business hours (7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT) will resume on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

As a reminder, please refer to the menu options below when you call to ensure the most efficient service. For example, you can select option “1” for assistance with UCRAYS account unlock and password reset.


  *   Option 1 - UC Retirement at Your Service (UCRAYS) online access (assistance with account unlock and password reset, provided by trusted UnifyHR partners)
  *   Option 2 - Confirm receipt of a document(s) or request a tax document
  *   Option 3 - Survivor and beneficiary support (or call 1-888-825-6833; voicemail is available after hours)
  *   Option 4 - Retiree health insurance (including questions about Medicare)
  *   Option 5 - Retirement (including questions about retirement, a retirement in process, or the UC Retirement Plan)
