The UCPath direct retro tool retires July 7, 2025.  To prepare for the change, location transactors must approve or deny pending direct retros by July 1, 2025.

Direct retro transactions not approved by this deadline will not be processed and will be cancelled.

Timeline

  *   March 15 - June 18: UCPath cancels old direct retros with location guidance
  *   July 1, 5 PM: Location submission deadline for final direct retro approvals
  *   July 1, 5:01 PM: UCPath disables direct retro submissions and approvals
  *   July 2 - 3: UCPath performs final direct retro processing
  *   July 7: UCPath cancels the pending direct retros and notifies locations
  *   July 7, 5 PM: Retire direct retro tool completed
