Both Counseling and Well-Being Coaching aim to support and improve an individual's overall wellness.  However, depending on the presenting challenge and the client's preferences, there are key differences that make each service a uniquely effective source of support.  Counseling focuses on addressing mental health concerns, significant emotional issues, and life stressors, and can also include exploring the past to understand current emotional patterns.  Well-Being Coaching primarily focuses on behavior change through structured sessions in which a coach supports a client in setting goals while serving as an accountability partner in empowering clients to take small, actionable steps towards achievement.

As a manager or leader, how do you know which service may be right for an employee and how can you clearly communicate and encourage engagement in these two helpful services? Join this session to find out.
