UC Office of the President announced that on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) phone lines will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pacific Time for a department meeting.  Representatives will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and again from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Normal Call Center business hours (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT) will resume on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

As a reminder, please refer to the menu options below when calling to ensure the most efficient service. For example, you may select option "1" for assistance with UC Retirement at Your Service (UCRAYS) account unlock and password reset.

  *   Option 1 - UC Retirement at Your Service (UCRAYS) online access (assistance with account unlock and password reset, provided by trusted UnifyHR partners)
  *   Option 2 - Confirm document(s) receipt or request a tax document
  *   Option 3 - Survivor and beneficiary support (or call 1-888-825-6833, voicemail available after hours)
  *   Option 4 - Retiree health insurance (including questions about Medicare)
  *   Option 5 - Retirement (including retirement questions, retirement in process, or the UC Retirement Plan)
  *   Option 9 - All other questions
