The UCPath Center recently notified employees the 2023 W-2 forms were available online. The notification included the incorrect UCPath login link. Notifications to the affected employees have been issued and includes the correct login link.

Current efforts

UCPath will send an email with the correct link, https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu/, to the affected employees.

W-2 access instructions

Instructions for current employees

Current employees may access W-2 forms online by logging into UCPath<https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu/> and clicking on the View Online W-2/W-2C link in the Income and Taxes dashboard.

Instructions for former employees

Former employees may view and download their UCPath W-2 statements up to three years after their separation date.

To access their W-2, they must visit UCPath<https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu/> and click on Former Employees. Once logged in, they may click on Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > View Online W-2/W-2C.

Important security reminder

The University of California does not send W-2 statements by email or text. Emails or texts with links or attachments to view W-2 forms directly are phishing scams designed to gain private information. Do not open attachments or click email links claiming to provide access to your W-2.
