UCOP was recently notified of the HealthEquity Health Savings Account change of address.  As of April 2024, the new address shown below will appear on all forms, invoices, and other types of correspondence:

Lexington, KY 40512

Members have been advised to begin sending correspondence to the above address.  For reference, the previous address was 15 West Scenic Pointe Drive, Draper, Utah 84020, and should no longer be used.

As a reminder, the latest version of all forms and information may be obtained from the Health Equity HSA website<http://learn.healthequity.com/uc/hsa/>.
