DBRs, please share this important information via your internal department listserv.

As of January 1, 2024, Health Net's behavioral health benefits, currently administered by MHN, will be known simply as Health Net's Behavioral Health Services.

What this means to members:

  *   There will be no changes to the provider network.
  *   Members will continue to use MHN provider search on www.healthnet.com<http://www.healthnet.com> for the first few months in 2024.
  *   Members will receive a new Member ID card reflecting this change. Members should receive new cards before January 1, 2024.
  *   Member letters<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2023-10/2024%20MHN%20~%20HN%20Behavioral%20Health%20Transition%20Member%20Letter.pdf> announcing this change will be issued to participants starting November 1, 2023.

If members have questions or concerns, they may call the Health Net Customer Contact Center using the number on the back of the member's ID card. Members may also contact Health Net directly through www.healthnet.com<http://www.healthnet.com>.

Please note this change applies to members of both the UC Blue & Gold HMO plan and the Postdoctoral Scholars HMO and PPO plans.
