DBRs, please share this information with your department via your internal listserv.

As you may know, effective January 1, 2024, the administration of the UCPlus Supplemental Health Plans (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity) will change from Aflac to Prudential.



UCOP is sharing a sample of Prudential's welcome letter<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/default/files/2023-12/UCPlus%20SHP_WELCOME_LETTER%20-%20Sample.pdf> for your information.  This letter will be sent to all employees enrolled in one or more UCPlus Supplemental Health Plans during the first week of January 2024. A separate welcome kit will be sent for each enrolled plan.
