The UCPath Center has launched the enhanced "Ask UCPath" site!

The improved design provides users with quick search options and easy access to self-service resources. The improvements include a new page for transactors with "Submit an Inquiry on Behalf of Employee" (SOBO) access that streamlines access to existing cases.

All employees will experience the following changes:

  *   A redesigned Ask UCPath site with a new look and feel
  *   Readily accessible "trending topics" that will be updated throughout the year
  *   "Other Resources" page with links to the benefits billing portal, benefits deduction calendar, payroll calendar and salary overpayment portal
  *   FAQ section that is regularly updated with frequently searched content

Transactors will enjoy these changes and enhancements after the update:
As of April 17, transactors with "Submit an Inquiry on Behalf of Employee" (SOBO) access will use a new and improved web page to access cases.

Other enhancements include

  *   "Other Resources" page with additional links to the UCPath Location Support site and Resource Center for transactors, if authorized
  *   Refined search field to look up existing cases by name, case number or case description
  *   Streamlined "Find Employee" search screen that enables transactors to retrieve employees by first name, last name, location or department
