Anthem - Delayed HealthEquity Claims Now Processed
Anthem has confirmed they have resolved the previously-communicated<https://hr.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm656/files/2022-03/3.10.22-anthem-claims-to-healthequity-delayed-since-november2021.pdf> delayed HealthEquity claims issue:

*       HealthEquity received and processed catch-up claims that were missing since November 2021.

*       Anthem completed a spot-check for several members and found that the fix went through successfully.

Members should call the Anthem Health Guide at (844) 437-0486 for questions related to medical benefits and claims.

Please contact HealthEquity at (866) 212-4729 for HSA related questions.
