Optum Behavioral Health – Resources for Coping with a Traumatic Event
In response to the recent events in Ukraine, Optum Behavioral Health has provided informational resources for UC faculty and staff to help cope with the stress and uncertainty from these events.

Members enrolled in the UC Kaiser plan may call (888) 440-8225 at any time to access Optum services and the informational resources listed below.
