UCRS Plan Document and Plan Regulation Amendments

The summary plan documents for the University of California Retirement Plan (UCRP), the Defined Contribution Plan (DC Plan), the Tax-Deferred 403(b) Plan and the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan have been updated as of June 1, 2022. In addition, the plan regulations for UCRP, the DC Plan, the 403(b) Plan, and the 457(b) Plan have been updated as of June 1, 2022. Attached is a summary of the changes.

There were no changes to the plan document for the PERS Plus 5 Plan or the 415(m) Restoration Plan.
