Health Net – Survey
UC has announced the Annual Health Net Satisfaction Survey<https://ucnet.universityofcalifornia.edu/news/2021/09/annual-health-net-satisfaction-survey.html> for UC Blue & Gold members. The responses will be used to calculate a Net Promoter Score, which indicates how likely participants are to recommend their plan to others and is a performance metric for UC to evaluate Health Net.

Health Net Survey
This short survey (see image) will consist of the following three questions:

1.     How likely is it that you would recommend Health Net to a friend, family member or colleague? Score ranges from 0 (Not at all likely) to 10 (Extremely likely)

2.     What is the most important reason for your score?

3.     If you left a comment above, please share your experience, issue or concern.

On October 12, 2021, the survey will be sent via email to Blue & Gold member’s work email address. A reminder email will be sent to non-responders on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.

If you receive questions from members, please reassure them that this is a UC-promoted survey and are encouraged to participate.
