Re:          UCPath – Open Enrollment Statement Error sent December 1, 2020
On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, 197 open enrollment confirmation statements were generated for UCR employees who are paid on a monthly basis. During the process, a clerical error was identified in the pay period pre-tax deduction amounts listed on the open enrollment confirmation statement for the following plans:


·     Health Flexible Spending Account

·     Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

·     Health Savings Plan

As a result, you may receive questions regarding the incorrect deduction amounts listed on the confirmation statements.

Please inform affected employees that this clerical error did not impact the actual deduction amounts from their paycheck, and that UCPath is accurately calculating the amounts per the deduction schedule:
